PARENT AND FAMILY INVOLVEMENT PLAN

Each year, the Parent and Family Engagement Plan is revised based upon input from parents and caregivers during Parent Focus Groups, family engagement events, surveys and electronic communication, and individual parent meetings. The parents, families and staff of EWE work closely together to review and revise the goals and activities for each school year. These goals and activities align with the Carroll County Public Schools Family Engagement Policy. They are categorized into six types of parent involvement:

1. Communication

2. Parenting/Family Engagement

3. Student Learning

4. Volunteering

5. Decision Making and Advocacy
